Supporting and empowering women is one of Gugu Guru’s core values. As a mom-founded brand ourselves (Shoutout to Monica!), we are always looking to build up other women in the workplace. Throughout the month, we will be supporting Birth Queen, an organization (founded by mom, Rachel Nicks) working to educate, support, and empower black women & families throughout the birth experience. Their doulas, lactation consultants, and midwives are extensively trained to help combat the maternal health crisis targeting black mothers. Pediped was founded by parents who wanted a better baby/toddler shoe on the market. Mom, Angela Edgeworth created shoes that are both stylish and functional. Baby gear can be both practical and gorgeous! Founder & Mom, Arpi Kachatryan created Luli Bebé to support moms throughout their motherhood journey. It all started with Luli Bebé’s gorgeous Monaco Diaper Bag and has now grown into a gorgeous line of stylish bags for mom.

Designed in Iceland, by Mom Eyrún Eggertsdóttir, the Lulla Doll was inspired by premature babies to bring comfort to little ones. Parents and little ones both love the Lulla Doll, which is suitable to use from birth (outside of the crib/sleep environment).
